While this rod hockey set is not perfect, it is MUCH better than many others on the market. My kids got a Franklin one a couple of years ago and it was broken within a short amount of time. This year, they received this hockey game as a Chrstmas gift and play it all the time! Set up didn't take too long. We had an issue with one of the players not fitting on the rod very well and he would constantly miss the puck. I called Stiga and they were more than happy to send me replacement parts with no questions asked. Great customer service.
This is a review of the Rhino Play Air-powered 7.5 ft Hockey Table, Model G03996, made by Escalade Sports. It was purchased from Costco for $389.99 in August, 2005. There is no information that I could find regarding this product on the web at this writing.
I love when a company will stand behind their product. That means they believe in it. You do need to be careful to not bend the rods because it wouldn't be too.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this table. It sat in my wishlist for almost 5 yrs because I couldn't afford it nor did I have the space in my tiny apartment.
But now that I am in my first home with a rec/game room I had to have it. It was well worth the wait, I absolutely love this for my family and friends.
My 5 yr old loves air hockey and my niece love she the pool. I personally love the air hockey and table tennis. It's a good size and fairly simple to put together. Kinect viewer. Came in great quality, very very happy with my purchase!
There was some damage to one of the parts when it arrived. Foosball table was returned and another one was sent.It took a little while to assemble as carefully read the visual instructions. I had to redo some steps as put on some pieces incorrectly. Once assembled, the table is sturdy and well constructed for this price point. The foosball players are plastic rather than wood which is the case at this price. Suggest put the table on a carpet surface; otherwise table will move during play on wood floor.Overall, the kids ages 8 and 10 enjoy playing as well as the adults. It's a nice getaway from video games and electronics.
It's a good addition to the play room.
