If a developer wants to develop ONLY for the Mac Store I don't see why they should be listed in MacUpdate. Those of us who have different reasons for not wanting to use the Mac App Store (privacy, running an earlier version of the OS, no free.mac account, etc) shouldn't be bothered with this. Maybe a Mac App Store category that can be filtered?Also, if the Kinect drivers are distributed via the GPL doesn't releasing an app with that code at MAS break the license thanks to the DRM at MAS?
