I have had problems with my 8.1 pro download and install ever since I Purchased it However from the moment I notified this company of my difficulties they have worked non-stop to correct the problem despite the 7 hour time difference in our locations. This morning they went to the trouble of taking control of my computer to install and activate my product, which was something I had been unable to do. They have my greatest admiration, respect, and appreciation for tirelessly working to resolve my issues. Save your money. Sent me the product key then link to download. Tried to download and an error from Microsoft said that you have exceeded you limit for that key.

Called to get money back and they said they sent the key and can’t resell it so they won’t honor their money back guarantee. Appears they sold that key to several people.

If you do buy you better have good credit card company so you can dispute the charge. I purchased a key yesterday for my computer and I have yet to receive it. I keep getting errors. I have received 3 emails and one of those emails came with a link that I cannot access. I have tried contacting someone and yet to speak with anyone to see what's going. I didn't create an account I just pay for it as a guest not knowing this could have an effect on getting my key. When I purchased my product key, I recieved three separate emails. One confirming my payment had been received, one confirming my order, and one containing the link to my windows 8 product key. When I clicked on the link to access the key, I was taken to a guest tracking page which gave me a 500 error. I emailed the shop since that was the address attached to my key email and there was no automated response. I called the number and no one picked up. The answering machine was not unique to DigitalProductKey and was for whatever company owns it. I used the contact area to email the actual support this time and again, I received no automated response.

Their emails were littered with grammar errors and all of the reviews on the website are positive unlike this site where most are negative and there is a fair amount of positive reviews. But the product key was not valid. There seems to be some loophole that they exploit in selling someone else's product key multiple times, and Microsoft has some grace period of a couple months that allows this to work.
