I turned off Windows XP sp3 firewall, connected to the SPA ethernet. Launching the app flashes a cmd window but nothing happens. Didn't see a.bin file, but it is not called for anyway. I do have Upgrade Enable set to YES under the Provisioning tab, retry timeout 100 seconds.did search this forum, seems everyone else got further than me b4 asking questions.
